eHome America
Available online in English and Spanish, with over 50 video tutorials, eHome America is the most comprehensive online home buyer training course available. Home buyers learn at their own pace and are held accountable with integrated quizzes and tests, obtaining a certificate of completion after completing the full course, from NeighborWorks® Sacramento.
While this is a comprehensive workshop, some lenders require customers to attend a face to face homebuyer class. Please verify with your lender, that the program you are using approves an online workshop, before you sign up. If it doesn't call our office or sign up online for the next available class, "Preparing for HomeOwnership."
If your lender approves eHome America proceed to sign up! If more than one person is purchasing a home with you, both people need to be on the certificate. Complete the intake by including both of your names in the first name box, this will ensure both names appear on the certificate.
The cost for the eight-hour course is $50.
