NeighborWorks® HomeOwnership Center Sacramento Region can provide financing to you for the purchase of your home. We offer financing for purchase and for downpayment assistance for homebuyers that plan to buy and occupy a home in the Sacramento Region.
We work in partnership with various financial institutions, insurance companies, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and HUD, to ensure that we provide quality loan choices to our clients and Community Reinvestment Act opportunities to our lender partners.
Full Cycle Lending TM
Full Cycle Lending TM is a comprehensive system for homebuyer development to assist families into home ownership and help to ensure their long-term success as homeowners. It enables local partners to work together in providing homeownership opportunities for families. Thru our NeighborWorks® Full Cycle Lending process, home ownership opportunity increases among lower-income persons, resulting in more stable communities with longer-term residents, increased savings and enhanced civic involvement for families and the greater community.
NeighborWorks® Down Payment Assistance
Our loan is fully amortizing and is low cost, affordable financing for the purpose of down payment and closing cost assistance for those homebuyers who have completed the NeighborWorks® Sacramento education track and have a financial need for the additional financing. This loan will be subordinate to a conventional or FHA insured first mortgage loan.

Loan Servicing
NeighborWorks® Sacramento maintains a portfolio of individual loans, billing and collecting monthly payments, annual impounds for taxes and insurance, and providing full administration services for the loan from the first payment thru the final payoff and reconveyance.
